Katungi extradition : Defence asks court to resolve legal challenge before hearing
Lawyers representing former UPDF officer Michael Katungi Mpeirwe have asked Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s Court to first determine a pending application challenging the legality of his extradition before the substantive case proceeds.
