Minister Babalanda urges local leaders to root out corruption enablers

Minister for the Presidency Milly Babalanda has called on local government leaders and public servants to address the factors that enable corruption, warning that the vice continues to undermine service delivery, deprive citizens of essential services and slow Uganda’s development.
